Excel to PDF

Turn an Excel workbook (XLSX or XLS) into a PDF that keeps every sheet and the print settings you already set up in the file.

or drop them here

Files are sent over an encrypted connection and deleted from our servers after an hour.

How to convert Excel to PDF

  1. 1

Choose a Excel file on your computer or phone, or drop it into the box above.

  2. 2

Check that PDF is selected and press «Convert».

  3. 3

Download the PDF file. You can convert many files at once.

Upload your XLSX or XLS file and the converter turns it into a PDF. Every sheet in the workbook goes into the document, and the workbook's own print settings are used. The conversion is done with LibreOffice.

Wide sheets are split into pages the way Excel would print them. So if a table is wider than one page, it continues on the next page instead of being squeezed or cut off. If you want a sheet to fit a certain way, set that in the print settings in Excel before you upload.

A PDF is a good choice when you want to send a price list, an invoice, a report or a schedule and make sure it looks the same on every device. The person who opens it sees the same text, numbers and pages you made. They can read it without Excel and can't change your formulas by accident.

The file is sent to our servers over an encrypted connection. It can be up to 100 MB. It is deleted automatically one hour after the conversion, and nobody looks at it. You can convert several files at once, and the PDF has no watermark.

The result is a fixed document, not a spreadsheet. You can't edit the cells or formulas in the PDF, so keep your original workbook.
