or drop them here

Files are sent over an encrypted connection and deleted from our servers after an hour.

How to convert PowerPoint to PDF

  1. 1

Choose a PowerPoint file on your computer or phone, or drop it into the box above.

  2. 2

Check that PDF is selected and press «Convert».

  3. 3

Download the PDF file. You can convert many files at once.

Upload your PPTX or PPT file and the converter turns it into a PDF using LibreOffice. Each slide becomes one page. Your text and pictures appear as they do in the presentation.

A PDF is a good choice when you want to send slides to someone and need them to look the same everywhere. The person opening it does not need PowerPoint, and fonts and pictures stay where you put them. It also works well for handouts, for sharing a deck by e-mail, or for keeping a final version that nobody can accidentally change by moving things around.

One thing to know: animations and videos on your slides are not carried over. You get a still page for each slide. Speaker notes are not printed either, so they will not appear in the PDF.

Your file is sent to our servers over an encrypted connection. Files can be up to 100 MB. The file is deleted automatically one hour after the conversion, and nobody looks at it. You can convert several presentations at once, with no sign-up and no watermarks on the result.
